Do we change into costume at the studio?

Due to the current pandemic, and the need for social distancing, we would like for the dancers to show up dressed and ready. This will make things more streamline and prevent unnecessary physical contact with the environment.

How many adults can be there?

Just to keep the number of individuals walking in and out of the studio down, we request that only one parent attend with the child(ren) being photographed.

Can we use the restroom?

There will not be access to the restroom inside of the studio in order to minimize the surfaces being touched! Please make sure your dancer uses the restroom at home before coming to the studio.

What are you doing to maintain sanitization during this shoot?

We will require that everyone that enters the building use hand sanitizer. We will continue to sanitize any surfaces between shoots if they have been touched. Props will not be used for this shoot. We will be taking phone numbers so that we can text or call when it is your time to come into the studio. Otherwise we ask that you stay in your car until you’ve been told we are ready for you.

Can I take photos during my dancer’s session?

As usual we request that you keep any phones or cameras put away while the shoot takes place! We will make sure you get your photos back in a timely manner at a high and printable quality.

How much is it and how many photos are included?

There are 2 photos included for the cost of $30. This covers your sitting fee as well as your images!

Can I get a refund if I book today and change my mind?

Based on our past shoots we have had difficulty with our parents remembering the session that they booked. We will make sure to send reminders to everyone registered for photos to prevent the same outcome. If you know 48 hours or more before the session that you cannot make it you can let us know so that we can try to fill the time and refund you. Out of respect for the time that you have booked us, as well as prevented others from booking, refunds cannot be given after that time frame. By making your payment you agree to those terms.

How long will it take to get the photos?

The longest it should take for you to receive your photos is TWO WEEKS. If for any reason you do not see them in your inbox, please send us an email at so that we can send you the link again and find out why you do not see the gallery in your inbox!

How do I get my photos?

We will require an email address be given when you register so that you can have your photos can be emailed to you. You will receive an online gallery that you can download at high resolution from or share on social media. There are no limits to the downloads. We ask that you download them as soon as possible and save the images in multiple locations. The gallery will expire after 3 months and an additional cost will be incurred for any requests for the images following that three month timeframe.

Can we order prints from you?

If you would like to order prints from us that is always an option! You will have to order them directly from your gallery after you receive the images. This will make things easier for you, give you more high quality options and have the prints shipped directly to your home.

Can we be a walk-in on the day of the shoot without preregistering?

If you would rather come the day of without committing ahead of time, you can do so for an additional $10 (a total of $40) and will have to wait in your car until there is availability.

Can I register multiple children?

Yes, please block out and book 5 minutes for each child. If you have more than 3 children being photographed please send an email to – thank you!
